When the weather cooled off for a few days, Jason and I got motivated to get Ethan some outside activities. He loves being outside and will whine and whine in the mornings until we go out for a wagon ride or a walk. So, we found him a sandbox (which is not easy at this time of year - evidently they are sold in the spring), and a used (and neglected) gym thing with a slide (in gorgeous colors :)). They were both used, so we go them for great prices and after some serious cleaning of the gym/slide - are great! Ethan loves the sand, but is working on his sandbox manners - sometimes sand goes flying, or he dumps it on his head or back. He figured out that he can get in and out and in and out and in and out. He climbed right UP the slide on day one (YIKES) and loves to slide down on his bottom or belly. I'm sure he'll figure out how to climb up the sides of this thing soon enough.
We are all getting over a cold, better today! Ethan is getting 2 more molars! He maybe getting one of the "canine" teeth too - so he's not always the happiest camper. His jibberish is so cute! We love hearing what comes out of him :)
